I was wondering, if every phone could be compared on the below features, it would show strange results.

1) USB charging

2) Flash for camera (Samsung Galaxy phones looses here)

3) Camera Key (Nokia, )

4) Loud speaker

5) 3.5 mm Audio Jack

6) User available memory; How big memory Card can be placed ?

7) FM Radio with RDS, Is that wireless FM

8) Proximity Sensor (senses if person is nearby ...)

9) WIFI 802.11 b, g & n  (N is better/stronger than G is better/stronger than B)

10) Flash Video Support

11) Excel/Document/PPT Editor ? (Only phones costing 10,000 rupees or more gives you Editor)

12) File Manager/Explorer

13) Can Sound Recorder be run in background ?

14) Sim or Micro Sim

Ebay, Amazon, Flipkart, youmint, snapdeal & etc are all best served with having such a comparison tool.
